We are Monks’ International Media Hub, the area responsible for handling international digital marketing projects in collaboration with other agencies in the S4 group. We’re looking for diverse talents to join our area!

Responsabilidades e atribuições

In your daily work as an International Performance Analyst, your main tasks will be:


  • Ongoing communication and alignment in English with our overseas partners;
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic, optimizing results and aligning with business goals;
  • Prepare reports and QA (quality assurance) according to the needs of each project.

Requisitos e qualificações

As an Analyst, you are expected to have:


  • Advanced or Fluent English: Essential for effective communication in an international environment and with global stakeholders;
  • Experience in Paid Media campaigns: Management of campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and Programmatic;
  • Experience in creating and managing Ads: Develop and optimize performance ads on the CPC/PPC model;
  • Data-driven: Analyze paid campaign results to support strategic decisions and optimizations aimed at improving performance;
  • Responsibility: Maintain organization in daily routines, ensuring tasks and processes are completed within established deadlines;
  • Accountability for deadlines: Commitment to delivering activities on time, ensuring quality results;
  • Proactivity: Show willingness to self-develop by actively participating in trainings and seeking new knowledge necessary for project success.
